By submitting this form, you are not obligated to pay for or order a jacket. This is a submission form to request a custom order. Orders are shipped 4-6 weeks from payment date and not from submission date. Please read all the information that I wrote out below and read the terms and conditions prior to submission.

I know that your wedding day is literally your dream day and I want to get all the details right. For that reason, I ask that you read all the information below before ordering. I know it's a lot (I tend to ramble) but all of it will ensure that your jacket is in your hands, in your wedding pictures, and in all of you instagram posts.

TIME

Custom jackets are shipped 6 weeks after payment date. If you need your order sooner, rush fees will be added. I guarantee a ship by date. Due to current USPS delays, I cannot guarantee the date that it will arrive. Please choose overnight shipping at payment if you require it to be shipped overnight.  If you are outside the US, please take shipping times into consideration. If you are supplying the jacket, your order will be shipped no sooner than 3 weeks after the date the jacket is delivered to me.

INVESTMENT

Prices for custom jackets range between $100-$150 plus shipping fees. Completing the above form in no way obligates you to pay for a jacket. It is simply a request to order one. Products ship 6 week after payment date. Work does not begin until payment is processed.

For orders requiring a faster turnaround time, additional rush fees will be added.  Rush fees will be dependent on turnaround time.

MATERIALS

The jacket is not included in the cost of your order. If you'd like me to order a jacket at your request, the cost of the jacket will be added to your invoice. Otherwise you are welcome to order a jacket and ship it to my house. I do not order jackets from Poshmark or eBay because they're sold by third parties and I cannot guarantee the seller  will ship it in time. If you find a jacket on any of those sites I do ask that you order it yourself and ship it to me. I am always available for drop-off if you're local and would like to bring the jacket to me.
