this is what dreams Are made of
hey now hey now
I know that your wedding day is literally your dream day and I want to get all the details right. For that reason, I ask that you read all the information below before ordering. I know it's a lot (I tend to ramble) but all of it will ensure that your vinyl is in your hands, in your wedding pictures, and in all of you instagram posts.
Thank you in advance! Love you (mean it).
Q: How much are vinyls?
The price of a custom vinyl will be listed at checkout. When you purchase, you are paying a DEPOSIT on your vinyl. Once you approve the final painting, I will send an additional invoice. I never discount my vinyls. Read the information carefully to ensure you understand the full price.
Q: you're out of stock - when can i buy one?
I restock every few months, depending on my availability. If I re-stock too many at once, it makes it harder to complete them all in time and harder to continue to offer them. I will not offer one-off vinyl orders - they are only available during a restock.
The best way to stay up to date is by joining my mailing list. Sometimes I post it on social media, but my mailing list gets first dibs.
Q: WHY A DEPOSIT?
I've had quite a few issues where people order a vinyl and take several weeks to answer emails and provide feedback. If you don't provide feedback, your order gets delayed. The longer it takes me to complete your order and get it out the door, the longer it takes me to restock another order. Simply put, delays in response equals loss of income for me.
When you pay a deposit, you are paying a nonrefundable fee to kick-off your order. This helps me a lot. If you are unresponsive and do not approve your order, I reserve the right to cancel it without refunding the deposit. If you want to resume your order at a later date, you can put the deposit towards another restock.
Q: Can you paint this?
I cannot paint people or pets. Portraits are something I have no yet mastered. Pets are sold separately on my website.
Q: will the record play once it's been painted/can i choose the songs on my vinyl?
This is my most commonly asked question. If you have questions on this, please google how vinyl records work. Painting the vinyl record destroys the way that it is played on a record player, therefore making my custom records unable to play music.
Q: HOW FAR AHEAD SHOULD I ORDER?
This it totally up to you - but I offer limited restocks so I recommend ordering when you notice that I'm restocked. If you wait too long, I may not offer restocks in a timeframe that is conducive to your date.
